DEC 2016
In December 2016 the Stratford A&P began the process of creating a stategic plan to take the 110 year old Association into the future. They quickly identified that their current facilities, most of which were built in the 1920s and 1930s were no longer fit for purpose and needed replacing. It all started with a request from Michelle Taylor for the building of another set of covered yards for the equestrian fraternity. This prompted an in-depth discussion at Executive level where it became evident that a priority list and an asset replacement plan were needed.
