It’s important to understand, that Stratford Park is an ever evolving project.
Phase One will see the development of a new Equine facility that will be built on the new acquired land, opposite the Supermarket on the main road. This will enable other areas of the park development to unlock and proceed.
When the “Dream” was first approached, we reached to a range of stakeholders in the community and asked them what would be the perfect equine centre, and with no limit of finance, what they wanted was a facility that was endless. We realise, that although this is the “dream” – reality is Phase One – two all weather arenas, covered yards, a wash bay, some stables, truck and float parking, toilets, an office block, grazing and the engineering needed to ensure the whenua was protected throughout.
These designs demonstrate some of the “dream” still – but you never know… one day.
